45th TOYOTA STAR MAKER FELICITY KIRCHER RELEASES SECOND SINGLE ‘Irish Blessing’

The 2025 Toyota Star Maker, Felicity Kircher, releases the second single, Irish Blessing, to Australian radio and streaming services today.

Irish Blessingis from Felicity’s upcoming four-track EP, produced by Brandon Dodd, at the Rabbit Hole Studio.

She said; “Writing this song was such a joy because it allowed me to step into something different and new, while also reconnecting with something I’ve always loved.”

Felicity said, “Irish Blessing was a really interesting and unexpected song for me to write. It’s very different to what I would usually create, but I loved diving into a different flavour of song writing.

“I grew up playing Celtic violin, so I have a big soft spot for Irish and Celtic music, and at the time, I was listening to Rose Betts, an incredible English artist, with Irish roots, and her music really inspired this song.

“One random day I saw an Irish blessing written on a piece of paper, hanging on a friend’s fridge — it moved me so much, and I just started weeping. I fell in love with how timeless, touching and beautiful the words were.”
